1. Service Areas
A full list of eligible countries is available during checkout. We do not ship to sanctioned countries or regions with restricted import regulations for electronics.
2. Shipping Options & Costs
- International Standard: 7–14 business days (varies by country). Cost calculated at checkout, starting at $24.99.
- International Express: 3–5 business days. Cost starts at $49.99.
All international orders are subject to import taxes, duties, and customs fees, which are the sole responsibility of the customer. VAIDURYA LIMITED does not collect these fees and cannot estimate their amounts; contact your local customs office for details.
3. Order Processing & Fulfillment
Orders placed before 3:00 PM EST on business days are processed the same day; orders placed after this time or on weekends/holidays are processed the next business day. Processing includes inventory verification, quality checks, and packaging.
High-demand products may have extended processing times (up to 4 business days), which are noted on the product page. If your order includes a backordered item, we will ship in-stock items first and send the backordered item separately at no extra cost once it becomes available.
4. Tracking & Delivery Notifications
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a unique tracking number, which can be used on our website or the carrier’s portal (UPS, DHL, or USPS) to track progress. You can also opt in for SMS notifications during checkout to receive real-time updates (e.g., “out for delivery,” “delivered”).
5. Delivery Problems & Solutions
5.1 Undelivered Packages
If your package is marked as delivered but not received, check with neighbors, building managers, or secure drop-off locations (e.g., porches, mailrooms) first. If still missing, report it to [email protected] within 5 days of the delivery date. We will file a claim with the carrier and issue a replacement or refund if the package is confirmed lost.
5.2 Damaged or Defective Items
Products are shipped in protective packaging, but if items arrive damaged or malfunctioning:
- Do not discard the original packaging (required for claims).
- Take photos of the damage and product serial number.
- Email [email protected] within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos.
We will send a prepaid return label for the damaged item and ship a replacement within 2 business days of receiving the return. Alternatively, you may request a full refund.
6. Shipping Policy Exceptions
Weather or Carrier Disruptions: Delays due to severe weather, natural disasters, or carrier service outages are beyond our control. We will notify you of significant delays and adjust delivery estimates accordingly.
Restricted Items: Certain electronics (e.g., lithium-ion batteries) have shipping restrictions due to aviation safety regulations. These items may only be shipped via ground methods, even if expedited shipping is selected.
Holiday Periods: During peak seasons (e.g., Thanksgiving to Christmas), add 1–2 business days to all shipping timelines.
